No, dogs should not eat cooked ribs or bones. When feeding beef ribs to your dogs, make sure they are raw and 100% natural, like our roasted, air dried treats. Cooked ribs could become brittle and prone to splintering, leading to digestion and internal issues for your dog.
Can puppies eat our mini roasted ribs?
Puppies can eat our mini roasted ribs, although we advise serving to dogs aged over 4 months. Our mini roasted ribs are perfect for small and medium dog breeds, whilst we have our maxi beef ribs for larger dog breeds.
Feed no more than one per day, as a treat or reward as part of a healthy, balanced diet. If you are unsure on how much to feed, please consult your dog's vet.
Suitable for all breeds and sizes. We recommend that they should be fed to puppies older than 4 months.
We advise to store our products in a dry, cool place. For example, a garage or cupboard.
Always remember to provide fresh drinking water and keep a watchful eye on your dog while feeding any treat.
